Togetheright (“we”, “us”) runs this waitlist for an app focused on serious relationships. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under EU/EEA and UK GDPR.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store: your first name, email address, age range, country, preferred language, referral code, optional referrer code, IP address, browser user agent, timestamps, and whether you remain subscribed to launch updates ("confirmed"). We also log lightweight analytics events you trigger on the site (for example page views and form interactions) to understand how people find us.
Why we use it
We use this data to operate the waitlist, send launch-related emails, measure interest by city and language, improve the site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis
We process waitlist data on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interests in securing the service and understanding aggregate demand. You can withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Retention
We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it or until the project no longer needs it, after which we delete or anonymise it. Analytics events may be retained in aggregate or deleted on request from administrators.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or erasure of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@togetheright.com from the address you used to sign up.
Processors
We use trusted processors including Supabase (database hosting, EU-capable regions), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Transfers outside the EEA rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
